Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Well we just had to take advantage of the beautiful weather today and of course get some photos! My daughter just recently had 14 inches cut off her hair and donated it to Locks of Love, so I really needed some updated photos!

Let me know what you guys think!!!

And......I am seeing now that the focus on number one is a little soft..........

Very nice, her eyes are amazing.

The color is a little dull. Increase the saturation a little.

#1 is a little soft and a step to the left I think would've done #2 better. I think some pretty solid images.
Your daughter did good on the donation. That is a proud moment.

Locks of love is very important for the person who is blessed to receive it. Your daughter may have done more than she realizes...good for her!

Her new haircut looks wonderful.

Where in Kansas are you located? I enjoyed being out in the nice Kansas weather as well. But, unfortunately. wasn't able to take any pictures.

Thanks so much for all the comments guys! I was so sorely disappointed that #1 was soft, I was just so in love with her look that I guess that somehow I missed that in editing! It was the first thing that I noticed when I posted it on here though! I will try upping the contrast, that is a good idea, that is not something that I have really considered into my editing for some reason. On shot number two I was trying to implement the "S curve", but I don't know if I did it right. I am very proud of her on her donation, the only bad thing was Mommy didn't want it cut so short, but the hairstylist was measuring with her comb and not a tape measure, so she cut off 14 inches instead of 10 inches! She has never had her hair cut besides her bangs. She was actually in our newspaper, but they TOTALLY misspelled her name! :grumpy: How hard is it to spell Anna? I am so proud of her, and she was really proud of herself! Although, I didn't realize until later that she didn't know what a wig was! I thought that was so cute, only to be so young and innocent! Oh, and J, we are about an hour south of Wichita, where are you located at? I couldn't believe that I was walking around in a t-shirt!

Ok, I took Schwettylens' advice and upped the contrast on my photos and I loved it! Thanks so much for the wonderful tip! I replaced photo #1 with another one that is not so soft, but let me know what you guys think!

Thanks for everything guys, and keep it coming I am learning soooo much! ;)

I said saturation, not contrast LOL. but those look better

Oh man!!!!!!! Sorry! I will go back and try again! :lmao: I did like the effect it had on the photos though!

I have upped the saturation....see what you think. I don't know if I upped it too much or what, but it seems to add more orange and pink to the photo, I upped it by about 19 or so on them. Let me know what you think!
