A bleak Llanberis Pass, Snowdonia

Last weekend I arrived in Snowdonia for sunrise, this shot was taken on a very changeable day, the sunrise was wonderful but 40 minutes afterwards cloud descended. This was taken with a Lee 10 stopper and converted to black & white to add to the bleakness

Not bad ! Was that shot made against the sun (sun behind the hill on left ), or already was an overcast ?
