I like the one with the house. I would bbosted contrast in order to get more Black and more White (It seems to be too much on the middle grey tones).

I'd even consider just brightening it. It's underexposed and that alone makes it lose contrast.

Hey, thanks Benjo. This is similar to what I've come up with on this photo since reading the feedback and good for me to draw a comparison with. I really appreciate you taking the time.
