I'd sure hate work somewhere that I couldn't view these shots! C&C per req:

1. The image seems soft; not sure if you've missed focus or done this deliberately, but it doesn't really work for me. Don't forget to check for things like the stray hairs over her eye. I'd also look for a more suitable background (unless she's a real gearhead). Technically the image is about 2/3 - 1 stop under-exposed and very mid-tone rich. Try and brighten it a little and boost the contrast.

2. Good exposure here, but again the background really doesn't work. I'd also go with a much large aperture and try and minimize the DoF. Not really sure about this composition; your point of aim seems to low.

3. Artisically, the best of the three IMO, however again, it seems soft and both underexposed and lacking in contrast. Suggestions as per #1.

I am big fan of B&W and although your images are soft and need some PP. There is potential on better shots in the future if you work on the exposure, aperture and better background locations.

A couple of real quick adjustments that I did...

This 2nd image has some artifacting around the lips...however it is also in the original image you posted.

Thanks guys! I dont know what the deal is I uploaded these to photobucket and they all softended they are not as sharp as they are on my laptop

I will keep trying!

From my experience and from what others have posted on here, photobucket's compressing seems to screw with photos. Most of the members here use Flickr for photosharing.
