there ya go, much better "urban" shots.

I like the door better in color, and the last shot has a decent perspective

Lol thanks I actually came across this door by accident. I decided to visit a place in my city I didnt usually go and I found an abandon movie theater. I wanted to go in but all the doors and windows were boarded up. The door ones were literally a snapshot. There was photographer there doing a shoot with someone in their prom dress. I didnt want to disturb so I just snapped and went.

I like the door in color as well. Its a really neat picture and has interesting color, I hate to see that color taken away in the B&W photo.

I would have found an entry but it was in the middle of a busy downtown area. I didnt want to get a $1000 trespassing ticket lol

I have to put in a vote for the bw. I think this is about the textures and shapes and the little bit of color is just a distraction from them. It might be interesting with a very slight sepia/brown tone.

On another note, it needs a little perspective correction (the horizontal lines converge toward the left).

^ Yea i just noticed that aswell. Quick fix.

i like the color one also.. mainly because it shows up the real deterioration of the building that surrounds the door.. making the photo even more interesting .

I love the color shot too...Would love to see it with the saturation turned up a bit and kinda "antiqued"....It would be awesome!!

I like the B&W much better then the color.

sorry bout the slant on the door. The building itself was actually slanted, i think the foundation had shifted.

You weren't entirely square with the door so you also start to get perspective distortion.

I go with the B&W on the door. Great perspective on the swing set.
