My only comment is that the subject is centered in the image. With the bird looking to the left, I usually put mine on the right third so that it has space to "look into", or "fly into". Centred subjects are very static compositionally. If this is a crop, then it is a bit too closely cropped for me, but then that is just me and my preferences, doesn't necessarily mean that your cropping, if you have done some, is wrong, just different.
