I was able to get really really close to these guys, I think they turned out pretty good. It was really bright that day. 1) the duck 2) the rabbit
They seem to be lacking some colour... its really apparent to me in the bunny one. but other than that things are looking good. its so much fun taking pictures of wild life.. its like hunting with out killing anything.
I would agree it's a lot of fun taking wild life shots and not the shots that kill them. I don't think I could ever hunt. Here are 2 more duck shots. 1) 2)
I really like the low down angles you are getting in these shots (the last especially). I don't know if you are intending it, but all of the shots barring number 4 have that old film photo look to them - I rather like that look in shots. Colours aside you are very clearly getting the focus, depth of field and sharpness in your shots. I think your next big aim is to lose the stone and get them out on the the grass (ducks). ps - I really like the detail you got in the rabbits eye!
