A Few From Today

Finally warmed up enough that I took a walk and tried my Tamron 300mm lens. Here are a few samples.

I really like #2, if this had a shallower DOF it would be superb. All in all, good shots.

#1 isn’t doing much for me. The statue’s right side looks overexposed. It’s a statue in front of a Christmas tree.

#2 is pretty interesting. Nicely done, good composition and I like how there are little pieces blowing in the wind

#3 is fun, but nothing really interesting. Looks sharp, but overall has a little haze

#4 is a log. Not really sure what the point of the picture is. Looks technically well exposed, but the colours are bland and the subject matter isn’t too interesting.

#3 Nice but the lighting was not in your favour but still my fav.

#4 Blown out.
