A few Honkers

So I tend to get a lot of waterfowl pictures. A lot of that ties into another passion I have, hunting. In the last few seasons, I have gotten to where I really enjoy taking others out and taking pictures instead of hunting myself. Here are a few shots from this season. All these shots were with the Nikon Kit lens 55-200mm 3 and 4 are unique photos to me. It was really jazzy that day but the sun was shinning through strong. I couldn't get a decent background out of the sky at all. It all looked like a white canvas behind them. I am guessing there is something very rookie about what I did. Regardless, Enjoy and C&C if you like. Oh and I can say with certainty that none of these birds were injured before, during, or after the camera shot. ;-)
