A few more from new lens

I hate to flood the forum with mediocre macro shots but I wanted to share a few more shots I took today with my new macro lens. I really need to get a bracket to get my flash out of the hot shoe. As always, C&C is welcome.

The first two are rather bright. Bring the black point up and really make 'em pop.

I really like the water drops!

The thorn image has too many potential subjects... the thorns, the knee in the branch, the leaf.....

Thanks Sparky, I couldn't really find a crop that sat well with me regarding the thorns. Here are the first two darkened a bit.
