So As I am getting good feedback on how this site works, I decided to add some of best photos for you all to see. I hope you enjoy!!

In the future, if you post this many photos in one thread, would you mind numbering them, please?

#1 good use of color, but overall balance is not working

#2 nice, but don't be afraid to move a leaf that is in your shot

#3 pretty sweet but for the unfortunate inclusion of the power pole. I don't know if you could have moved slightly to the right to hid to pole and still get the sun in just the right spot, but such is life.

Ok, so quick and dirty:

#1 the bee should probably be your focal point but it's out of focus. I would have also suggested a different crop, removing the cluster of flowers on the right and pushing in a bit closer.

#2 the green leaf dissecting the flower is a distraction. As some else mentioned in the future you can move it or look at changing your position. You can also possibly try cloning it out of this shot

#3 the lighting is great, if it were me I'd probably move this back a bit, clone out the power pole and shift it to the left a bit so the tree frames the sky a bit more

Here's a great resource that helped me a lot in getting some of the composition basics down:

5 Easy Composition Guidelines from Nikon

One other thing I've found that's helpful, after you've finished processing a picture, walk away from it for a bit. Come back to it and look for anything that looks out of place - like the power pole. See if there are any bright areas or distractions that are drawing your eye away from the more important elements of the photograph, then consider how best to deal with them. Recrop to remove them, clone them out, etc...

All in all you've got some pretty nice shots there - so your on the right track.
