hello, here are a couple pictures iv taken with my new DSLR (nikon d3000)

also im wondering what should be my next buy? top mountflash or new lense?

Try shooting w/o the flash or bounce it. I think you'll get more appealing pictures. Though, For the band shots in low light, that'll require faster glass.
