His skin sure is red. Looks like the white balance is off.

I would crop #2 so the pigeon and it's shadow fill the frame more.

I think I would take a little off the top of the pigeon one. I like the barren feeling that it gives, but the top seems to be too much.

I'm not sure if it's the post processing (saturation) or if it's the lens but I believe I see some CA on his right hand.

#2 pretty good. I like the lighting - I'd try to play with the composition a bit more (rule of thirds...?).

Aside from the brightness in #2 (as mentioned by someone else...) I think I'd prefer a tighter crop... Kinda like...

I was going to suggest pretty much exactly the crop that Bus_Rider has posted. I really like this shot. I'm not so keen on the Busker shot. The colours are oversaturated and harsh - his face looks dark red!

Grrrr you know I was actually trying to crop the pigeon one like that for a while but couldn't commit to a final crop, but yours looks good thanks.

On the busker yeah you are right i may have messed up a bit on PS. I messed with the hue to get that colour and at the time i liked it, still a little too red in the face as you said.
