Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I have a ton of weak areas with my photography but portraits are the killer for me. I decided to just start asking people to pose. I'm never going to get this down without people!

C&C per req:

1. I like the subject and composition here, but can you please explain why you chose to shoot f16 @ 1/60 at 38mm? Going to the long end of your glass and a large aperture would have helped to render the background elements out of focus and keep the eye focused on the subject. I think too that the conversion could use a slight contrast boost.

2. Another cute shot; I think if you crop this one just above the window sill to eliminate her hand and the distracting string of beads, it will be even better.

3. Very nice - the only minor niggle I have with this one is the shadow on her left (image right) cheek caused by the hair.

Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.

Because I was taking bridge photos and that's where I was set. I agree about a blur being better for a portrait but one of the things I liked most about this photo was catching the surrounding environment.
