well, it looks late gothic to me. with possibly a touch of roman style in it.
its not spanish or italian or austrian i would guess. That leaves france Germany and England pretty much.

im gona say Koeln Germany. because there was a church there that sorta looked like this (not the real big one)

Well, I have been through quite many pictures of Gothic Cathedrals on Google Images and none of those so far (I'm only about half-way through, if at all) has yielded this round window (what is the official English name for a round window like this?). So far no e-cookie for me.

And fight... you are very good in sounding like a church snob !!!
But in Köln there is no cathedral such as this one. Similar, yes, but...
