Focus has been fab. In all I'm really happy with this lens, but now I'm at a point where most of my shooting is done in thicker forested areas, and the 5.6 at 300 just can't accommodate without bumping my ISO way up, which leads to grain which I hate. So, I just need a bit of a faster lens. Also, I'm ready to get closer to my subjects, so I'm looking for something with a bit more reach. Basically I'm looking for a unicorn lens, lol. Well, not really, just a REALLY expensive lens.
