I agree, it's very nervous almost doubling the image? Still a great shot.

Yep, quite nervous, you should play with it and see if you can get it to work in an image as a good thing

Not sure if it's my shaky hand, the combination of the white snow on the brown sticks, or just a blah bokeh in general.

Horse looks good, BG, good bokeh or not, not so appealing.
Check this glass out, often, when the rear bokeh is crap the front bokeh is perfect. Just, what we gonna do with front bokeh ?
