thanks for looking { http://www.duncanphilpott.com/ }

Brilliant, Duncan. All of them.
And I already know ONE other member on here who will like your first one best of all, too!
And hopefully he'll be envious that YOU managed to get THIS wonderful photo, heehee ;).

Focus is always so good in all of them!
You really know your "weapon of choice well"!!!

#1 and 3 show great timing. #2 bores me compared to the other works you have. It's pretty, but not as interesting, IMO. On #4 I like how the land on the left side creates this line and really draws my eye back. Good composition on that one.

I'll be different - the stand-out shot for me is the b&w of the lake.

Regards, Tony

Awesome shots - my favorites are the otter, the cat and the b&w lake. Nice job!

I have no idea what you are talking about *cough cough* :lol:

yep all very good but the 1st one makes me feel happy

What a wonderful set of shots for your 'triumphant return' to TPF after being AWOL. Can't even narrow it down...all are beautiful, for different reasons. (I take it the cat is new? I remember you posting about a new dog a while back)

I love all of them. They are so crisp it hurts. What kind of lens do you use?

i used a sigma 70-200 f2.8 EX for the mountian bike shot,

a Canon EF 100 f2.8 USM Macro for the cat shot

my Canon EF-S 17-85 IS for the lake shot

and for the otter i used my old Panasonic DMC FZ-20 compact :)

Thanks for all the great comments
