I would've chosen a better location to shoot... I'd suggest maybe doing a different positions (hehe ) other than him leaning on the car with his arms crossed. Maybe stand next to the car looking away, that kind of thing. Not necessarily looking at the camera every time.

I agree that it's way too cold to shoot that type of photograph outside. Too cold for camera and shooter, but even selecting a better background in the parking garage...one without obstructions or other cars etc would have helped with the composition.
However, excellent effort given the conditions.

Bah, you guys are wimps. Just dress warmly and you'd be fine. Or take off the big puffy jacket just before you take the shot. It's not that cold out there...
