A Pecan...C&C Please

Just shot some pecans in the kitchen and thought this was my best. C&C Please.

It is a pecan but not much else. The lighting is good, but it could be more interesting if you added more elements to the picture. For example: A pecan on a cutting board with half of it chopped up and knife next to it. Also you could use a gold reflector to warm it up a little.

Thanks for the input. I keep taking pictures of simple objects like this and it seems boring to me...thanks for the tips. That gets me thinking more out of the box.
