Number 1 isn't so bad either - you've caught her eyes beautifully and the tilt of her head is nice. Cutting her off at the elbows isn't usually recommended but there's potential here.
I put this one through Lightroom 3, used the exposure brush on her face and then put it into Portrait Professional 11 to make the most of her skin. Her face is still a bit orange but I suspect that's makeup and this is a 5 minute fix.
