Thoughts? It was still snowing, so the lighting was rather dull. Not quite sold on this photo... but I'll let you ladies and gents pick it apart.

There's no subject and no interesting light. If you placed a cold, well-lit, half naked attractive woman in the foreground then you would have a winner, but unfortunately all you have here is a background.

I think the branch on the ground stops my eye from wandering back through the photo. As the trees become less visible in the snow might have worked?
But if all else fails, maybe the naked chick would work too.

Maybe a vertical shot might have helped take the viewer over the branches on the ground and on down the path in between the trees as you look into the distance. The area to the right of the larger tree trunk doesn't seem to have as much interest, I might have not included that part. Showing more of the height of the trees might have helped balance the foreground. I'd maybe play around with cropping some copies and see what you get.
