How did you like the market? That's where I do my shoping every Friday and is one of my favorite places in Jerusalem.

I have always loved Machne Yehuda, especially erev shabbat or chag...there is definitely somethiing old world about it, and I think that that is why I have always loved to stroll through it...I feel the same about the shuk in the Old City, and even the flea market in Yaffo.

I would prefer to shop at Machne Yehuda over the super market in near Gedera.
