Well I am just getting into photography seriously now and I took this picture on my trip to Duluth Minnesota.

The shot would have been great, but it's pretty blurry. To help us provide critique, can you provide the settings for your shot? It looks like the biggest problem to me is lack of tripod. You really need a tripod for night shots like this (while using lower ISOs to avoid noise)

Ok thanks for help, I will remeber to check the settings from now on. Also your right, that was taken freehand and one of the things on my list of things to get is a tripod. Thanks
