A weird one

I decided to try my hand at some photoshoppery so i went out and took some pictures and came up with this:

I'll start with the unaltered (first one is hdr) shots...

What I did in PS:

Pretty nicely done. If you were to put some more work into the composite, i would crop the sky tighter and make the gradient from the orange-ish city glow to black a lot more gradual. My two cents.

I took a shot of some christmas lights at a long exposure while zooming out and then i cut the lights out and placed them over the city picture in Photoshop.
