My pug Chloe. This is my first post so if you could give some input, that would be great.

I absolutely LOVE #2, that is just such an adorable face. How could you not love a pug?!
The detail is great, I love how you can see each individual hair..
Great shots!

I think the first one is cute.. the other 2 don't have enough natural lighting for me to "love" them. My mom has 3 pugs, they are the loves of her life :D

Input? Next time, buy a real dog. Just kidding, Pugs aren't that bad (at least, not as bad Sh1tzus (of course, now you're going to say, "My other dog's a Sh1tzu!")...).

Photo-wise, I try to avoid flash when photographing pets. To me, it just doesn't look good/natural.

In number three, it looks like he's about to cry...

Thanks for the comments. I will remember not to use the flash.

KOrmechea- she was just laying there for a while, and someone knocked on the door. thats the look she gave me.

I should have said on camera flash. The way it reflects in the eyes kind of ruins the image for me (like in number three).

However if you can move the flash off the camera and use it to improve the image, then go for it.
