That is a very unique photo. I like all the contrast to the colors, typically when I think lighthouse I think sand, beach, ocean and rocks

Very unusual and interesting shot. Perhaps it could do with a little "lifting" in post as the exposure seems a little flat to my eye.

I like the idea, but it looks like the lighthouse was layer masked in to me. Just looks a little odd

I realize that the line between sand and sky looks extremely sharp and almost fake, but honestly - it's real =P
Photo is a single raw file with (local) adjustments done in post. No heavy retouching was done in photoshop.
I was surprised myself when I saw the back of the camera how unusually clean everything looks, which is why I thought the shot was a bit special. =)
