I like them both, but I think removing the more modern bits from it would have emphasised the abandonment, like the plastic bottle in the first and the plastic coathanger in the second which don't seem to fit in with the time it was left to rot.

That said, I do like the processing in number 2 a lot - good stuff!

Beautiful 2nd shot! love the perspective, colour and tone. :)

neat set! im loving #2... great color/tone and pov :)
tfs :)

I like them the way they are. I looked at the whole set, too. Makes me kinda sad though, being a preservationalist and all, to see a nice example of gothic revival/italianate architecture rot into the Illinois prairie. Nice job making it into the barn, though. Abanoned barns scare the crap out of me:headbang:

I like a lot #2...I agree with Mansi about the set and colors !!!!

very nice... im not much of a fan on Tri-x but i like the shots..... shooting abandoned buildings is what got me into photography in the first place.... if your interested... search the topic "Urban Exploration" into google... or check out the website www.uer.ca and you will be able to be part of the Underground syndicate that is Urban exploration
