Abstract Flower, C&C is appreciated

Was just trying to play with the typical flower photo. I kind of like it.

It's a fun shot, maybe pick a different type of flower that has more interesting lines to it. I kinda want to see more light coming through the petals.

Keep shooting, it was a fun idea!!

Agree with Mishele; perhaps just a very slight illumination of the front just provide a hint of detail?
