Sounds like your in over your head...

Determine what aspect of the shop you need to photograph. I think some different approaches can be used to photograph the shop. Do you need to show the shop itself as the subject, ie: the building, its features and its location. Do you need to photograph the interior of the shop, ie: the layout, how products are arranged, fittings and fixtures, other architectural features. Do you need to photograph the shop experience, ie: how customers use the shop, the interaction of customers and employees, specific products in the shop, the shop's specialty.

There are very likely very many other themes you or your client could come up with, as other more experienced members here.

As you probably know, each theme is really a different job, each possibly needing a slight adjustment to equipment selection, but certainly each needing a different approach to composition and presentation. Ask your client what he has in mind and together work out a shooting program with him helping you with the concept while you are solely responsible for the photographic technicalities.

Make sure to capture moments not just all process type photos, I want to see what it's like to work there. Do the employee's enjoy their job? Do they get along with each other? What set's this business apart from others? This is stuff you need to be thinking about when you are shooting. And you need to shoot these photo in interesting perspectives the normal person walking in the room wouldn't see, good composition and lighting. My old photo professor would drill this into our head, "Fill the frame, control your background, wait for the moment!"

Ask the people that commissioned you as to what they might want. The old rule that the customer is always right is still true in photography. Maybe they can give you an idea. Always try to involve the customer so they feel like they are part of the decision making. In the end they are going to decide whether they like what you do or not.

Thanks a lot for the help.

The shoot was a success and the costumer was very satisfied with the photos.

I would like to ask though, at what resolution should I deliver photos for web usage?

Kind regards Marcel.

Any we can see ?

The resolution the client paid for? Web use is a separate line item charge from usage in other media.

I have one web use license charge for up to 400 px on the long side, and a more expensive web use license charge for 401 px to 600 px, and an even more expensive web usage charge for 601 px and up.

Some very nice shots

Are you post processing on a calibrated monitor? The majority of the shots seem underexposed to me. There's not a lot of detail in the black cabinets unfortunately, the design is very nice!
