I like the fact that the feet are blurred. Shows the motion, as well as you captured the head very nicely in a least number 1. Me likes 1 very much!!!!

If you want this DOF you are going to have to spend a lot of money, these were shot with a 300mmF2.8L, these settings will only work if the light is the same as i shot in, just take a light meter reading

I don't think I will be able to afford for that now. At the moment, I use the 70-200mm VR II lens.

that's a good point
