Adobe in there wisdom have deleted my ID after I had purchased a CC subscription and they tell me the only way I can fix things according to them is to cancel my subscription, which I paid upfront, and buy a new one with a new ID.
Supposedly an adobe tech specialist was to email me to try and resolve this but 10 working days have past and I have heard nothing. I have contacted Adobe numerous times on the chat facility but they are so incompetent they just want to "escalate" the problem as far away from themselves as they can.
Since the service is so poor I am very cautious about cancelling and re ordering as no one can answer the question "do I get a refund on the current plan" and "when do I get these monies back"
Has anyone got advice?
