advise on equipment please help me??

im looking for portable studio lighting for portrait and full body photography and wondered what you guys would recommend for this kind of photography?
please help me guys as my budget is £300 max. to buy from the uk would be better. and i need to make the right choices.
i have been putting up links and everyone just keeps telling me it isnt good enough. your help is desperately needed please let me know what your thoughts are on this link below and if you have any other links you can advise or send me it would greatly help me.

Forget about continuous lightning kit or any continuous lights. You need a flash. Any flashead over 150w/s is enought for a small portable studio, stands and umbrella/softbox, OR you can always get a couple of cheap speedlights with a couple of stands and umbrellas. stay away from these continous flash, for 425$ (todays converion) you dont get much.

and it also works with all bowens speedring. Bowens makes really affordable quality product.

if you want flash this is pretty cheap for a full setup with 300ws , 2 heavy duty stands with a softbox that large.
