Its a great shot. The colors look a little flat to me though, I think it could benefit from a little more in post. And the proper term is feral, there are no wild horses in North America

Technically you are correct however, no one in Wyoming would ever admit to such a thing...lol. I actually boosted the colors in post, so I'll keep working on that.

Maybe a bit more contrast or clarity. It just kinda looks a little hazy to me, like how pictures sometimes look when shot through a window.

Well that is because it was hazy. The buggers stir up a lot of dust when they run.

That white stuff on the ground in the distance is killing the shot. Is it a little bit of remaining snow and ice? Whatever it is, it is a MAJOR eye-puller. Just scrolled up and eliminated it, and wow--the shot just comes together. This could probably also be made lighter, brighter, and almost soft-focus and I think it would be simply terrific rendered that way as well!

Probably not the best edit I think im the first one done though took me about ten seconds.. I cropped. I blew out the highlights, upped the contrast. kicked up the shadow and oversaturated just a touch.. Much better now.
