Do you convert them to Jpeg to save them and delete the RAW?

NEVER delete an original. Never ever ever ever ever.

Deleting raw files is like tossing film negatives in the shredder.

Roger that. So, I'm guessing a TB hard drive is in my near future then.

Would rather keep a RAW than a processed JPEG, kind of like having the negative. Not saying to keep every RAW file but would keep the ones you converted to JPEGS and liked. Once in a while I find myself going back to NEFS (nikon raw files) to see if there is something I missed.

Shoot well, Joe

I currently have two 1TBs and five 2TBs. One 1TB is in the tower, and one 2TB is stored in a fireproof safe 4 states away.

I never delete a RAW and convert to tiff. Don't use Jpeg files. I want as much information available which is not found with jpeg files.

Storage has gotten so cheap, there's really no reason to throw images away. I saw a 2TB drive on sale the other day for like $69, and blu-ray burners are getting more and more common (25GB a disc? I think?). Pick your pleasure and buy a bunch.
