Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Feel free to drop your favorite AI tools that you use for post-processing, if any (asking for a friend :chuncky:)

Hello and welcome. Check out Google ... :smug:
Oh, I meant to ask for real people's experiences, not Google AI results! I don't have many people interested in photography around me, much less those that use AI tools, hence why I'm asking here. Sorry if I came across as rude, I didn't mean to!

I'm skeptical about AI like Chat GPT and the likes, because I didn't like the results (tried to edits ome landscape photos and got something I'd do myself quicker without writing the prompts) and also photograph people a lot and AI collects data and I just don't want my friends and family's photos being idk where and used for idk what. I think software like Topaz AI should give you better results, but I haven't tried it personally, so can't really say if it's worth it or not. I use Photodiva, it's a portrait editor with AI driven tools (or so they say) and I like it.

I primarily use Photoshop and Lightroom. The AI tools in both are getting pretty solid. For upscaling, I typically use Preserve Details 2.0 or Smart Objects in Photoshop. It works surprisingly well. I found this helpful guide that breaks down both methods clearly, which might be useful if you're working with low-res files.
