I have had very mixed opinions on this photo..some really like it, some don't see anything special about it.

Well I see why you get mixed reposes. I like it, but it does seem a little odd. Hydrant looks out of place very surreal

For me, it's lacking a subject and the crop of the trees leaves me wanting more here. A different angle might help this shot. The colors are a bit flat to me as well, is this a flm scan or a digitial image?

that is a negative scan...probably why the colors aren't just right...
