All around the town

After seeing all of JonMikal's DC posts, I decided that there must be some interesting pics here in historic Abingdon, VA. So my buddy and I set out to find some of them. Here are a few that I captured. Even though these are not in the critique section, I would still like your opinions.

(1) statue beside court house

(2) carriage ride coming out of Martha Washington Inn

(3) panorama of the Martha Washington Inn

(4) one of Abingdon's many churches

(5) another church

(6) and another (bible belt of SW Virginia)

(7) finally, this is down a side street that I've never paid attention to before. I think there is a nice picture in here, but not sure I captured it.

that first one is clear is it jebahiah springfield ? only kidding.

The panorama is cool but it's a shamethere is a bright yellow rossing sign in the foreground but a lovely photo.

Thanks LM, I'm not sure who the statue is actually or if it's just a generic soldier. I guess it could be Jebediah from the simpsons. On the panorama, I probably should've done it from the other side of the street thereby eliminating the crosswalk sign. Thanks for the comments.

nice series johnboy, i like the composition of #1,and great panorama, as for the church, i think i would like to have seen the whole thing instead of just the steeple, even though good work.
