my guess is: tripod w/ self timer.

take shot without you in it.

take 3 poses. mask the layers to only include your body over the backset.

There are more elegant ways to composite. I just chose the quick way. Mostly because I forget the others... I would have to flip through a book to remember.

Yeah well, that was a "wiggle" during a one second exposure. Acctually if you look at the left hand me there is a place I didnt mask on the back of my arm and between my feet. Thats what I get for attempting PS with a laptop touchpad.
