I think you do great work.. It's good to know what you expect of your work so others can judge them based on whether our not your achieved your goal, which is really all that matters.. The first picture is really great.

Your B&W conversions are really good.

I like the first image of the guitarist. Yes, it's contrasty and there are some hot spots, but for that subject matter it works.

The second shot reminds me of light painting. Fun image...but it makes me dizzy.

Nice set of images.
