If you care to read the TPF handbook...
Section 3, Sub-section 4a, paragraph 2
"Any member posting 25,000 on this Forum must buy all other active members a drink."
And para 3: "Should any member of this Forum have in excess of 12,000 posts but less than 25,000 then the member posting 25,000 must buy them a drink and a bar of chocolate."

There is a copy of the rules in the toilet of the Mods section. I'm surprised you haven't read it.
There are some rather spectacular penalties for 50,000 and 100,000 posts.
