amateur close ups. critiques??

Just some of my friends. Using a canon digital rebel...somthin. hah, i really dont recall at the moment. 2nd year graphic design/photography class. :]

2, 4, and 5 are good. The other ones don't do anything for me for whatever reason.

in first series first and second will do and are good....
third needs fill flash to provide catchlight in her eyes.
fourth though good, is too goldish...
fifth...too dark for a white lady...
last has correct skin tone and good profile.

funny you mention that. ha, i call her cami. first time i met her the first thing i said was "Your another cameron diaz" shes a veryyyy good subject, but constantly doesnt let me use any photos of her. self conscious beautiful thing.
