Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Its a very broad question, i know... but as an amature I am just so curious how photos like this are taken. Those with experience, can you just by looking at this tell whether its a matter of something like:

merging multiple exposures?
more than usual software editing?
VERY good/specific equipment?
right time/right place?
lighting?

All of the above? Some of the above?

or can a picture like this really just be taken if you dial in the right exposure while the lighting is good?
The wood is so vivid and the texture on the snow is amazing.

its from here, some other great ones too- Winter Landscapes on Photography Served

It's simply a matter of being in the right place at the right time, and having the right equipment and (most importantly!).......... the right experience.

Experience is bourne out by the metadata...... it was taken in manual mode. Processed in Lightroom.

BTW, it's against forum rules to post photos that aren't yours.
