An attempt at a self-portrait

I was shooting some video for a friend who's working on his final graduate school project, and luckily that night was going to be a new moon so I decided to try to take an astro-portrait since I was 6 hours from home and it's fairly dark where I was.


I think it turned out OK.

And yes, I understand I am very small in the frame.

(Also; please excuse the lack of contrast. Flickr compressed the chit out of the photo)
