Presumably the story is incomprehensible because we can't read the sign. Is the text important to the story?

Hmmm... perhaps, but the composition of the images makes me WANT to see the rest of the text and more of the scene; this gives me the feeling it's a crop from a really great shot, that is, it's incomplete.

I like the "overstressed" black and white texture and contrast that probably represents this man's state of mind. There are lots of (sick?) people on the street with some incoherent statements bordering on delirium. And there is a huge diffference between just taking a shot of a man and trying to artistically represent his mental state as seen by a photographer. Not easy. But this is exactly what separates a boring image from a good one to me.

I'm not interested in what the entire text says because I cannot imagine any complete text that starts this way that adds up into something sensible and coherent. I wanted this text to give a hint about this man's probable mental state while we looked at him.

All we know is, like so many protesters, he blames Obama for the horrors detailed on his sign.
