An interesting sporting photo flop.

I was shooting high school track today which I normally enjoy. But I was a bit bored so I started playing around. I regularly do panning in track. Generally with running as they stay on a level plain. But today I tried it with the long jump where their movement is arched. I didn't really get what i wanted, but I did get a cool effect. It looks almost like the photoshop colored pencil filter but it's all natural. I thought I'd share. Not a perfect photo, but I thought it was cool.

And a silhouette. I wish the trees weren't there. I'll try it again at a different school with less trees.

The guy is actually reasonably sharp in the first one, I think it's quite cool
