Just placed my order for a T3i kit. 3-5 days for it to arrive for in-store pickup....sigh....work is just gonna absolutely suck for the next few days...

3-5 days isn't that much and I assume this is your first DSLR, so use the following days to do some online reading on the basic functioning of the camera and basic exposure and composition guidelines.

If i were you, I wouldn't sit around for few days. I'd go download the manual and start making sense of everything in there.

Too late. I got an email at work today...it's here!!!! Left work early to drive down and pick it up. Sitting here reading the manual right now, or should I say the novel...geesh....waiting impatiently for the battery to charge!

They must have had one in stock and the website just didn't show they had any...either way, it was a pleasant lunch-time email to receive...wasn't expecting to get the email till Friday.
