Really cute children - yours?
I've looked at both of these on both my laptop and desktop (just calibrated 2 days) and they both seem very, very bright.
What I see could be my monitors but.....

The first has missed focus, unfortunately

The second is badly rotated

The second is also very bright, very cold and noisy.

Sorry to be so critical and I hope it is my monitors' fault

Not your monitor. I know the focus was off on the first, it was at the beginning of the shoot and I was still getting situated somewhat (hence the presence of the binky which usually I remove for photos). Seems like a decent excuse. lol.

The second was a quick one touch lightroom preset edit job.
