love the colors but wishing it was cropped in a way that didn't cut the primary subjects in half.

Well... it's not bad, I like it. But I'd like it more if you hadn't cut the low part of the foregrounds flowers and instead cut the top 10-15% of the frame.
It has a strange look... I'd had bet it had some strange edit.

I actually like this flower image...which is ver rare. Maybe I'm fooled by the unique color . But its cropped at the edges...not helping the comp imo

I think it is beautiful. I would like to see the full flowers on the bottom and right side of the image. Nice job!

How about a tighter crop like this? I also applied a curves adjustment to add a little tiny bit more contrast. Specially to darken the green background. But anyway, thought that maybe a tighter crop could save the compositional mistake.

ooooooo.....nice crop on the second. It transforms the image to a different animal altogether...and I like it a lot! I didn't notice that little gem in there! But back to the old comment...I would prefer to see the entire flower for the first image, for sure.
