I was playing around with this model and ended up with:

My light setup: 3 lights.

Not bad at all! A couple of minor nits: A reflector under the chin for a little 'under-hat' fill wouldn't have gone amiss, and I think the BD is just a tad hot.

I added the front light for a little under the hat fill but I could have kicked it up a bit or even used a snoot. Thanks for the comments.

I saw that; I think maybe it needed to be moved a little further right and angled up a tad more.
